After more than three years of development and a test phase of several month in autumn 2020 we are pleased to present you the world’s first BAYSIDE FULL MOON LUMINOUS GIN.
A walk by the sea, the sound of the waves, the deep blue sea as far as the horizon, the moon shines sleepily from the sky and you can taste the salt of the sea in the air. This feeling will soon be available in a very special bottle.
The BAYSIDE FULL MOON LUMINOUS GIN (40% Vol.) is handrafted in small batches. A multiple distilled Dry Gin with selected botanicals such as juniper from Tuscany, sage from Veneto and Sicilian lemons as well as infused with mediterranean seasalt. Our gin is reduced to drinking quality by using water from the Alps. Several distillation processes create a unique taste experience that has one thing above all:

It is by far not just its taste that makes the BAYSIDE FULL MOON LUMINOUS GIN something very special.
We have succeeded in developing the first 0,5l spirits bottle with a luminous function, in which the bottle and not just a lable (our bottle has no lable) lights up. At the push of a button on the bottom of the bottle, the moon, water and lettering start to glow brightly in a beautiful blue.
We are often asked which glass and tonic we recommend in connection with our BAYSIDE FULL MOON LUMINOUS GIN. We like it best from a wine glass with lots of ice, an orange- or lime-zest and an Indian or Dry tonic. But there is no arguing about taste and so it is entirely up to you!
